Dear Health Action Team followers,
We had an amazing week for the Health Action Team. We had this idea that from HAT, there would be two people who would look out during recess for people who did nice things that were random, called "Random Acts of Kindness." Hopefully those two people from the Health Action Team would notice the person who was showing kindness and write it down on a piece of paper that said the name of the person, his/her teacher, grade and the nice thing that they did. Some people would randomly be announced on the announcements! These kind people became our RAK STARS! We have so many RAK STARS that have been mentioned over the morning announcements. So many people have started getting nicer and nicer at St. Timothy School.
Also, we had a Bullying Awareness Week. During this week we got to wear different shoes, inside out clothes and bright clothes. The point was to show that everyone is different and we shouldn't be embarrassed of our differences. We should be proud of the way we are. Besides, it matters how kind and compassionate we are!
So yes, Health Action Team followers, we had an amazing week.
Stay healthy!
